How to lose weight without strict exercising schedule?

Girls nowadays are running to gyms and rely on strict diets tolose weight and are still not able to do so. If you are also the one who wants to lose weight but are unable to go to gym or food is your life and it restricts you to lose weight, here are simple ways to lose weight, without much control!

Follow these following steps daily and you can lose up to 10kgs!

·         Get up early in the morning.

No one is asking you to get up before the sun rises, no not that much but yes, not after 7 am. To maintain a good health, it is important to take the fresh air of the morning. Excess of sleeping also leads to increase in the weight and also the metabolism of the body in the morning works more promptly and any task you perform in the morning will help to improve the health, coz to lose weight one must ensure that their health is maintained.


·         Morning walk

Walking daily for just half an hour will bring drastic changes in your body. It will increase your strength, help you lose fat and also strengthen your muscles and help you become fit. No matter where you walk, either outside your house, or just 30 min. on your terrace, but it should be done daily without any break and you have to make sure that after waking you don’t lie down on the bed! Please don’t do that.


·         Healthy breakfast

Have a healthy breakfast which should not contain many fat contents. Try to avoid chapatti and paratha and rice dishes for breakfast. You can eat fruit salad, oats, wheat porridge, omelet, boiled eggs. And sometimes for a change, you can have chapatti but just one that too without ghee.


·         Forget oil and ghee.

This doesn’t mean that you cannot use oil or ghee atoll. But putting ghee or butter to your roti is a must no no. no matter what happens, where do you have your lunch, either at your home or anywhere outside, just don’t eat chapattis with ghee or butter. Chapattis without ghee or butter are easily available everywhere so don’t need to worry about its availability.


·         Prefer pan chapattis

Prefer chapattis over paratha, pudi, naan. Popularly known as “tawa roti” in our country. Tawa roti is the ones containing less fat as compared to other eatables like paratha, tandoori chapatti, naan etc.


·         Limit your chapattis

Limit your daily appetite. Try to lessen your chapattis gradually. But not at once. Try to eat not more than five chapattis in the day in your main course. It is up to you how you manage to take those five chapattis, whether in lunch or dinner, but manage them in these two appetites only and do not include in your breakfast. Sometimes you can but not daily. Try to take a bit more n lunch and lesser food in dinner as after lunch you sleep and the body gets relaxed and the hence this leads to increases in fat contents in the body, while after lunch you have much work to do, and the body uses up the fat to perform the daily chores of your routine.


·         Avoid rice

Rice contains much more fat as compared to any other eatable item. So try to avoid rice as much as you can. You can have it once in fifteen days, but not more than that. Avoid the regular intake of rice with your daily appetite.


·         Have salad after lunch and dinner

After your lunch and dinner don’t forget to take a full plate of salad. After having your main course, the salad intake will dissolve the fat intake in your diet, the salad contains fiber which helps improve digestion and also helps body dissolve fat contents.


·         Fix time for your dinner

You have to take your dinner before three hours of your bed time. This practice makes a visible impact on your health and helps you lose weight more than any other practice.

So here are some easy daily steps which you need to follow to lose weight. It is far better than being on a strict diet of salad!
